In April 2009, DCE member Amy Fischl, MS, RD, LD, BC-ADM, CDE, will present at the combined American Overseas Dietetic Association (AODA) and Malaysian Dietitians’’ Association. (MDA) conference as part of their Global Opportunities for the RD: Translating Evidence-Based Research into Practice segment. Ms Fischl’s presentation topic will be: The Role of the Nutrition Professional and Children with Type 2 Diabetes: Practical Advice for Around the Globe to Promote Lifestyle and Behavior Change. The University of West Indies Diabetes Outreach Project – Allan Lee MS, RD, CDE was the Speaker. |
